Armed Services YMCA seeks a Youth Program Leader in Oceanside, CA to implement the Operation Hero program and supervise school-age children on a military base.
You will coordinate curriculum, activities and lessons, maintain safety, and communicate with families to ensure engaging experiences and timely delivery. This part-time role requires CPR/First Aid within 15 days of hire and a background check.
The Youth Program Leader is responsible for the implementation of the Operation Hero program and the direct supervision of school-age children. This position models and teaches the Armed Services YMCA’s values and ensures military youth, grades 2-8, are provided fun and meaningful activities to promote learning and caring of others.

Salary Range: $16.90-$17.95
This role is based in Southern California, specifically in Oceanside, CA (North San Diego County). It is located inside a military base installation. Base access is provided to civilian employees.
