Position overview:
We are seeking a passionate and organized Youth Program Lead Coordinator to support our Vice President of Football Operations and General Manager in delivering outstanding youth programming. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our Sofive x Manchester City Youth Programs (6-12 years), Lil' Kickers (18 months to 7 years) and Skills Institute (5 to 8 years) classes. The ideal candidate is proactive, energetic, highly organized, and committed to delivering excellent customer service and program delivery. The role is primarily administrative in nature, but features some on-field coaching responsibilities, and extensive coach mentorship and support.
