Job summary

Reddit, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to build a safe youth experience while sustaining high-quality consumer interaction. You will own ambiguous, zero-to-one problems at the intersection of consumer product, safety, identity/age assurance, and global regulation.

You will collaborate with Legal, Policy, Engineering, Data, Design, and other teams to ship durable solutions at Reddit scale, defining success metrics and clear tradeoffs along the way.

Qualifications

• Significant product management experience launching consumer products at scale.
• Proven ability to frame ambiguous problems, set strategy, write requirements, ship, learn and iterate.
• Strong cross-functional leadership with Legal, Engineering, Data, Safety/Policy, and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to distinguish legal requirements from interpretations and build decision frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap, requirements, launch, and measurable outcomes for Youth product initiatives.
• Build and evolve age-assurance and third-party age-verification flows, including recovery/appeal experiences for misclassifications.
• Develop youth-specific protections and controls, including age-gated content and parental-control flows.
• Translate changing global regulations into objective product frameworks with Legal and Policy.
• Define success metrics, launch guardrails, monitor false positives/negatives and user friction, iterate with data.
