Zusammenfassung

Reddit is seeking a Staff Community PMM, Trust and Safety, to lead inbound and outbound product marketing for safety and platform integrity. You will translate complex capabilities into clear narratives for Reddit’s communities and collaborators.

You’ll partner with Product, Safety, Policy, Community, and Communications to launch products, drive adoption, and explain Reddit’s approach to protecting authentic participation.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of product marketing experience with ownership of positioning and launches.
• Deep Trust & Safety subject matter expertise on consumer platforms.
• Strong research and data analysis skills guiding audience prioritization.
• Ability to influence product strategy and lead complex launches with diverse partners.

Aufgaben

• Product and Audience Insights: translate research into audience segments and go-to-market priorities.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: own positioning, messaging, and launch goals for Trust and Safety products.
• Trust and Safety Storytelling: explain product benefits and trade-offs clearly to communities.
• Launch Execution: lead cross-functional launches including beta programs and multichannel campaigns.
• Community Education and Adoption: create resources to help redditors understand safety changes.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: align Product, Engineering, Safety, Policy, and Communications teams.
• Measurement and Iteration: define metrics, track adoption, and improve messaging based on feedback.
