Job summary

Unbound Now Waco seeks a Youth Prevention Education Specialist to deliver age-appropriate prevention education, equip youth with safety skills, and expand access through partnerships with schools, juvenile centers, and community programs across the Heart of Texas.

You will facilitate curricula, train volunteers, and adapt presentations to diverse audiences while upholding youth safety policies, confidentiality, and trauma-informed practices in a fast-paced nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to engage youth in one-on-one and group settings.
• Minimum two years working with youth and diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete required background checks and driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver age-appropriate prevention education to youth.
• Develop and maintain school and community partnerships.
• Educate adults on online safety, healthy relationships, and prevention.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and interns.
• Coordinate program administration, data collection, and reporting.
