Job summary

Youth Athletes United in Delray Beach, FL is seeking an energetic Youth Pickleball Coach to inspire kids by teaching skills, sportsmanship, and a love for pickleball. You will design age-appropriate lessons and lead clinics that build confidence and teamwork.

The role requires patience, strong communication with children and parents, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching youth in sports or recreational programs.
• Strong knowledge of pickleball rules and gameplay strategy.
• Excellent communication with children and parents.
• Patient, enthusiastic and motivating coaching demeanor.
• Background check required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

• Teach fundamental pickleball techniques including serving, dinking, volleying, and court positioning.
• Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for all young athletes.
• Monitor player progress and adjust coaching methods to meet individual developmental needs.
• Organize and supervise drills, scrimmages, and skill-building activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player development and program updates.
• Ensure all equipment and court areas are safe and properly maintained.

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
