Qualifications

• License and certifications: BLS and Physical Therapist license; OCS or SCS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with families, physicians, schools and other providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Completes written documentation per department standards.
• Independently evaluates patients across inpatient and outpatient units.
• Supports departmental financial budget targets.
• Demonstrates leadership and engages in professional development.
