Job summary

Kingdom Church in Twin Falls, ID is seeking a full-time Youth Pastor to lead and develop ministries for middle school through high school. The role focuses on evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, and partnering with families to help youth grow as followers of Jesus.

The Youth Pastor reports to the Executive Pastor and will oversee volunteers, plan weekly activities, and manage budgets while engaging with families in the community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading youth, young adults, or family ministry and recruiting volunteers.
• Strong biblical teaching and communication skills; connects with students and families.
• Organizational, administrative, and team-oriented with a flexible schedule.
• Proficiency with technology, social media, and digital communications; media setup experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and vision for Youth Ministries, modeling devotion and servant leadership.
• Plan and lead weekly gatherings, Bible studies, small groups, retreats, and events that engage students.
• Recruit, train, and mentor volunteers; build a leadership pipeline.
• Manage ministry budgets, calendars, and track attendance/effectiveness.
• Oversee youth social media platforms and church media coordination.
