Compensation:

• Salary determined at a fair/competitive rate
• Vacation commensurate with C&MA policy for years of service

Youth Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all Youth Ministries (5th - 12th grade)
• Weekly Youth Group meetings
• Teach or oversee Sunday School classes
• Identify and develop teen leaders
• Initiate discipleship opportunities for youth
• Build relationships with young people and their families
• Coordinate all retreats (i.e. Life Conference)
• Identify and develop adult leadership for Next Generation Ministries
• Develop our own training or find training for them to attend or bring outside trainers to CAC for continuing education
• Find an appropriate curriculum for each level of Next Generation Ministry that aligns with C&MA doctrine
• Innovate and initiate ministry opportunities for the college/young adult age group (i.e. 18-30)
• Preach when called upon
• Assist the Lead Pastor with the overall ministry when possible
• Accountable directly to the Lead Pastor and to the Elders through the Pastor
