• Engage youth: Talk with young people about Healing the Block program and encourage them to connect with it.
• Build youth connections: Develop relationships with schools, youth groups, and community programs.
• Build community partnerships: Connect ILIA with youth-serving organizations for referrals.
• Support outreach: Share program info, help recruit youth for healing circles and activities, attend community events.
• Listen and share feedback: Learn needs of youth and relay ideas to HBI team.
• Track outreach: Keep simple records of organizations contacted and referrals.
