Job summary

Community Counseling of Bristol County Incorporated seeks an Occupational Therapist to join the PACT‑Y team in Brockton, MA. This part‑time, 6–10 hours/week position works within a multi‑disciplinary group to support youth in recovery goals, using person‑centered approaches to promote stabilization and growth.

You will screen and assess youth, implement interventions, supervise an OT Assistant, and collaborate with families, schools, and other providers to plan effective services.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Massachusetts license to practice Occupational Therapy.
• Experience working with youth and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen, assess and provide therapeutic interventions to youth with mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for treatment planning.
• Maintain documentation of screenings and evaluations.
• Attend treatment planning meetings in home, community and office settings.
• Review progress and modify intervention programs as needed.
• Develop individualized sensory interventions to support mental health.
• Provide supervision to the Occupational Therapy Assistant.
