ANTS Sports seeks passionate part-time Youth Multi-Sport Coaches for South San Francisco after-school programs. No coaching experience required; training provided.
You'll lead or assist 3 weekly classes, 6-10 hours/week, typically 2pm-6pm, during the Sept 8–Dec 2026 season. Responsibilities include leading safe weekly sports sessions for ages 5-10, arriving on time, participating in orientation, and communicating with parents and school staff.

Do you love working with youth, teaching sports and wellness, and helping others improve? As a multi-sport Coach with ANTS (America's Next Talented Stars), you'll lead or assist at 3 weekly sports enrichment classes at after-school programs at one of our South San Francisco communities. Our upcoming season runs from September 8th - December 2026, and we specifically are looking for Tuesday-Thursday afternoons, (must be available for the entire season). Time commitment is 6-10 hours per week, typically between 2pm-6pm, depending on how many classes you teach.
We provide all necessary training, equipment, and support. Being an ANTS Coach is a great way to learn to coach sports while serving our community. ANTS partner schools & communities are located across Oakland, Alameda, San Leandro, San Francisco, South San Francisco, and Walnut Creek. Classes will run at community parks, tennis courts, and elementary schools. Join our team!

Classes generally occur between 1:30pm - 4:15 p.m. Tuesday - Thursday each week during the season. You must be available to coach in the afternoon on your program day (at least one day/week). Additional hours may be available through other programs as well.
$25-30/hourly
