Young Life requires all employees to sign a Statement of Faith and to reflect a Christian mission in ministry. The YL Staff Associate I role offers training through field ministry with a base salary range of $32,670 to $40,885 plus personal fundraising requirements.

The position emphasizes spiritual development, leadership training, donor relations and campus ministry, with a focus on building relationships and recruiting volunteers to support area ministries.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct ministry.
• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Foster spiritual development through prayer, disciplines and church relationships.
• Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development.
• Develop a yearly personal growth plan to grow faith.
• Recruit and train new leaders to build a ministry team.
• Plan and execute club, Campaigners and camping programs.
• Raise financial support and maintain donor care practices.
• Communicate ministry updates and progress to donors.
• Network with principals, pastors, parents and volunteers.
