Job summary

Central Ohio Youth for Christ seeks a passionate, Christ-centered leader to direct the City Life Center Middle School and After School Ministries. You will develop engaging programs, build staff and volunteer teams, and foster collaborations with local schools and churches to reach Westside youth.

You will lead daily operations, monitor data, and guide ministry growth while modeling relational ministry and faith-driven leadership within COYFC.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and mentoring staff and volunteers.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to develop engaging youth programs and safe environments.
• Commitment to COYFC mission and faith-based ministry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee City Life Center Middle School and After School Programs.
• Recruit, coach, and develop staff and volunteers.
• Build partnerships with schools, churches, and community organizations.
• Manage student data, attendance, and reporting to evaluate impact.
• Coordinate ministry trips and camps annually.
