Qualifications

• Experience in direct ministry.
• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in spiritual development activities and ministry relationships.
• Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders and teams.
• Develop fundraising and donor relations as part of area ministry.
• Plan and execute club and Campaigns/discipleship ministry with excellence.
• Administer ministry operations including accounting, data management, and communication.
