Job summary

Maple Lake Academy in Spanish Fork, Utah, is seeking a Staff Mentor to support teenage boys with autism within a structured, compassionate school setting.

You will provide classroom and after-hours support, build meaningful connections, and collaborate with a caring team to guide students in academics and essential life and social skills.

Flexible or set shifts, part-time, with opportunities to gain experience in education, psychology, or social work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 21 years or older (to be able to drive company vehicles).
• Acceptable Driving Record.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon accepting an offer.
