The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is seeking experienced childcare professionals for the 2026-2027 School Year in Willow Grove, PA. Candidates should have a degree in education or human services, with 2+ years of verified childcare experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of verified childcare experience (2500 hours).
• Passionate about working with children in a fun, diverse environment.
• Ability to pass all relevant clearances and keep up to date on trainings.

Responsibilities

• Find engaging ways to help kids learn and build self-esteem.
• Plan and implement curriculum for developmentally appropriate learning.
• Conduct weekly observations related to child development and concerns.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and compliance paperwork.
• Ensure quality learning materials are organized appropriately.
• Attend team-planning meetings.
• Help develop donors and volunteers for campaigns.
