We are seeking a compassionate mentor/support service provider to positively influence a youth/teenager facing anxiety, ADHD, or related challenges. The role focuses on guidance, behavior strategies, and collaboration with families and educators to promote well‑being.

The ideal candidate has prior experience with children/teens, strong mentoring and communication skills, and knowledge of child welfare and behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Experience in behavior strategies, childcare, special education, or related fields.
• Strong mentoring and educational skills.
• Knowledge of child welfare practices and behavioral health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, support, and strategies to address the child and family's needs.
• Follow and implement an individualized plan to address goals for the child and family.
• Foster positive relationship with child to promote growth and development.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure the well-being of the child.
