The ideal candidate holds LMHC or LCSW credentials with at least two years of related experience, has experience with youth, strong communication skills, and a valid Utah driver's license.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional required: LMHC or LCSW with two years related experience.
• Experience with youth and excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency.
• Valid Utah driver's license with an acceptable driving record, unless waived by management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide direct and indirect mental health services and treatment for students.
• Implement and monitor the total mental health program.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct the activities of the student mental health program; emphasize prevention and early detection.
• Advise the center director and wellness staff on staffing, student terminations for mental health reasons, and cost of services.
• Promote integration of the mental health program with other departments.
• Coordinate case management between TEAP/TUPP staff and other personnel.
• Provide training to staff on mental health referrals and follow-up care.
• Assist in TEAP/TUPP program development, consultation, treatment planning and training.
