Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or other behavioral health field.
• Valid Tennessee Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.
• Acceptable Criminal Background Investigation.

Responsibilities

• Assess consumers’ needs and develop individualized service plans.
• Advocate for consumers and link them to community resources.
• Ensure timely documentation as required by the Agency.
