Job summary

Northeast Treatment Center's Juvenile Justice Services unit seeks a Program Coordinator to develop and coordinate media arts programming for justice-involved youth aged 13–18 within Post ERC/CIC. You will lead hands-on instruction in podcasting, music, photography, videography, and digital storytelling, overseeing the studio, lab, and equipment to foster creativity and skill development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 4+ years working with dependent/delinquent youth.
• 3 years experience in mental health or social services.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to generate reports and maintain records.
• Strong organizational, communication skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
• Empathy, flexibility, and team-oriented approach.
