Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; AS/BA preferred.
• Experience with at-risk youth or young adults preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured group sessions on life skills, conflict resolution, and workplace readiness.
• Assist in developing and updating lesson plans and workshops aligned with Career Success Standards.
• Facilitate orientation sessions and introduce center resources and support services.
• Provide one-on-one guidance and assist with case management, documentation, and referrals.
• Maintain confidential student records and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
