Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in relevant field preferred.
• Experience with school-based programs or youth development.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate school programming and twice-a-week sessions.
• Coordinate program activities, planning, and reporting.
• Engage with students, teachers, families, and partners to support leadership development.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes.
