Friends of the High Line is seeking an Education and Youth Development Manager to lead the Civic Engagement and Horticulture learning pathways for the High Line Fellows Program. This full-time, year‑round exempt role focuses on youth-centered curriculum development, equity-centered programming, and cross-department collaboration in New York City.

• 4+ years’ experience working with high school-aged youth in education/youth development.
• Experience designing and facilitating engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and facilitation of the Civic Engagement and Horticulture learning pathways.
• Develop culturally sustaining, interdisciplinary curriculum for the three-year Fellows model.
• Create an inclusive, empowering learning environment that supports Fellows’ development.
