Job summary

Samaritas in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Youth Independence Case Manager to support foster youth with stability, advocacy, and compassionate guidance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field is required.

• Ability to work independently while managing a dynamic caseload.

Responsibilities

• Case Management & Client Support: Manage a caseload of foster care cases, providing ongoing support and advocacy.
• Placement Coordination & Court Involvement: Coordinate placements, prepare for and attend court hearings, and liaise with stakeholders.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate case records and ensure program/regulatory compliance.
