Job summary

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection is seeking staff to support the Youth Inclusion Initiative within the CIÉR and Community and Local Government Support units. You will assist in coordinating programs, collaborating with stakeholders, and promoting environmental and community development goals.

Qualifications

30 semester hours equal 1 year of relevant experience.
Five years of professional experience in planning, monitoring, coordinating, implementing, modifying and/or evaluating agency programs and services.
Bachelor's degree and one year of above professional experience.
Master's degree in a discipline appropriate for the position.
All degrees must be from an accredited college/university; foreign degrees must be evaluated.

Responsibilities

Assist in the professional, administrative and analytical work to promote programs and services.
Support planning, operation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation tasks.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement, public outreach and cross‑sector collaboration.
