Job summary

Lumina Mental Health in New Jersey seeks licensed or license-eligible clinicians to join as Intensive In-Community (IIC) Providers. The role delivers in-home and community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families through CSOC, helping youth stabilize, cope, and improve functioning at home, school, and in the community.

• Licensed or license-eligible behavioral health clinician.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy in home and community settings.
• Complete clinical documentation including progress notes and updates.
• Develop and implement individualized, strength-based interventions.
• Collaborate with Care Managers, BAs, families, and other providers.
• Participate in case conferences and supervision.
• Maintain CSOC/PerformCare and agency standards compliance.
• Support youth with behavioral, emotional, and trauma-related needs.

LCSW / LSW / LPC / LAC / LMFT (or license-eligible)
