Job summary

Lumina Mental Health is seeking licensed and license-eligible clinicians to join our growing team as Intensive In-Community (IIC) Clinical Providers. This role involves delivering in-home and community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families through New Jersey’s Children’s System of Care (CSOC).

As an IIC provider, you will help youth stabilize, build coping skills, and improve functioning across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible clinician in NJ (LCSW/LSW/LPC/LAC/LMFT).
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents.
• Community-based or in-home services experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CSOC/PerformCare a plus.
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy in home and community environments.
• Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates.
• Develop and implement individualized, strength-based interventions.
• Collaborate with Care Managers (CMOs), BAs, families, and other providers.
• Participate in case conferences and supervision.
• Maintain compliance with CSOC/PerformCare and agency standards.
