Job summary

Huckleberry House Inc. seeks a Housing Behavioral Health Specialist to support youth and young adults in our Transitional Living Program.

You will conduct clinical assessments, provide individual and group therapy, and develop personalized treatment plans to enhance coping, communication, and independent living skills. You will collaborate with case managers and housing staff to address barriers to stability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related clinical discipline.
• Current Ohio clinical license (LSW, LPC, or equivalent) as required by scope of services.
• Minimum of 2 years of behavioral health work with youth/adolescents or housing-stable populations.
• Experience delivering individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, assessment, and treatment planning.
• Trauma-informed and evidence-informed clinical practices.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical and social assessments related to interpersonal functioning and housing stability.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
• Provide individual and group therapy addressing emotional regulation, coping skills, and relationships.
• Facilitate conflict resolution, restorative practices, and community living skills.
• Collaborate with case managers, housing staff, and other providers to coordinate care.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and participate in treatment teams.
• Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and staff training.
