Job summary

Nashville Predators Ford Ice Center Antioch is seeking a Youth Hockey Coordinator to plan, promote, and direct in-house youth programs and leagues. You will coordinate registrations, scheduling, on-ice activities, and staff scheduling while ensuring compliance with USA Hockey rules.

The role requires five years of hockey experience and certifications (USA Hockey Level 1, SafeSport). Night/weekend work and background checks are required; join a team focused on participant development and revenue

Qualifications

• Five years of hockey playing experience with knowledge of fundamentals and USA Hockey rules
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• Must possess USA Hockey Coaching Education Program Level 1 (or higher)
• Must obtain USA Hockey Age Specific Modules and SafeSport
• Ability to plan, coordinate and evaluate youth programs
• Work with children and young adults professionally, with positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and promoting in-house youth hockey programs
• Coordinate logistics of in-house leagues and programs
• Help drive revenue and enhance player experience
• Assist with registrations, payments, and game scheduling
• Manage on-ice programming for camps, clinics, events
• Recruit, hire, and schedule part-time coaches
• Evaluate players for proper placement
• Manage equipment rentals and inventory
• Communicate with participants and parents professionally
• Coordinate with USA Hockey and local associations
• Assist with program budgets and events
• Promote Ford Ice Center and organizational initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
