Job summary

Bizzell US is seeking a Health and Wellness Manager for the Job Corps Center in Tulsa, OK. The role focuses on advancing student health through robust nursing oversight, comprehensive wellness programs, and integrated health services.

The ideal candidate will bring nursing leadership, a valid Oklahoma RN license, BLS/CPR certification, and proven experience in program development and evaluation to drive health outcomes for young adults.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of related health/wellness management experience.
Supervisory experience required.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Supervises nursing requirements on the Center.
Monitors health services activities to ensure quality.
Develop and implement health and wellness programs for Job Corps students.
Oversee medical services, mental health support, and health education initiatives.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate health and wellness into all aspects of student life.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven improvements.
