Job summary

Glove House, Inc. is seeking a HBCI Interventionist to deliver crisis intervention and intensive case management for youths aged 5–20 and their families in Schuyler County.

The role involves in-home, school, and community-based support with collaboration across the HBCI team. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years’ experience in human services, crisis management, and knowledge of trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or human service related field required.
• 2+ years direct Human Services, crisis management, person-centered services and community-based care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and intensive case management to youths 5–20 and families.
• Maintain caseload up to 3 families with 4–6 weeks of intensive intervention.
• Plan and facilitate group therapy and parent/youth psychoeducation.
• Participate in on-call rotation 24/7 for crisis intervention services.
• Ensure documentation within 48 business hours.
• Coordinate referrals to CHHUNY, Parent Education, Outpatient Counseling and School-Based services.
