Qualifications
Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
Must commit to set hours in a 12-week session.
Must obtain current certifications in Safe Sport, USAG Safety Certification, CPR, and First Aid.
Pay based on experience, qualifications, and certifications.
Availability for nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
Monitor open gymnastics sessions to ensure safety.
Assist with curriculum-based classes that engage participants.
Set up and take down equipment to maintain organization.
Build meaningful relationships to enhance participant satisfaction.
