The Little Gym of Temple, TX is seeking a Gym Director to lead daily operations and drive the overall performance of the center. This full-time, career-level role reports to the owner and focuses on delivering an exceptional member and parent experience.

You will coach staff, maintain a safe facility, uphold our proven curriculum, recruit and train teammates, and grow program participation through great service and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus.
• Customer service experience required.
• Management experience required.
• Excellent time management skills and a great attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Lead a team to provide outstanding customer service and a top-notch membership experience.
