Job summary

The YMCA of Delaware is seeking a part-time Personal Trainer for the Bear Glasgow Family YMCA in Newark, DE. You will lead engaging fitness sessions, design programs, and support members in achieving health goals. Part-time hours include evenings and weekends with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications include CPR/First Aid, a bachelor’s degree in exercise science or a national NCCA PT certification. Compensation ranges per hour and includes benefits eligibility as described in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Lead energizing, safe fitness programs as directed by supervisor.
• Design and demonstrate exercise plans to minimize injury and promote fitness.
• Monitor client progress and keep accurate records of sessions.
