Parenting With Intent is hiring a Community Support Specialist: Youth Mentor to provide relationship-based, client-centered services to youth and families in our programs. The role is community-facing with a caseload of about 10 participants and requires engagement, crisis response, and collaboration with partners. The YES!

program supports long-term mentorship and skill-building for youth in foster care. The position is full-time, primarily in the community, with evenings and weekends often

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Two years' experience in case management with youth and families.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing services and case management to a caseload of approximately 10 participants.
• Deliver relationship-based, client-centered support in the community.
• Attend monthly staff meetings, supervision, and trainings.
• Respond to emails and communications promptly.
