What is KidStrong?

KidStrong helps parents build stronger, smarter, more athletic children through a focus on brain, physical, and character development for children walking up to 11 years old. Our science-based curriculum is parent-focused and delivered by professional coaches.

Qualifications for a KidStrong Coach

• Experience coaching children aged 15 months to 11 years
• Experience communicating with and educating parents
• Excellent public speaking skills
• Ability to promote memberships to children and parents
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping kids develop their brain, physical, and character skills
• Desire to grow as a professional coach

Main Responsibilities

• Coach classes for children from walking age to 11 years old using our curriculum
• Availability to coach during weekday evenings and weekend mornings
• Prepare for classes by reviewing the roster and understanding each child's needs
• Maintain a safe and clean class environment
• Bring energy and positivity to each class
• Option to coach summer camps and during school breaks
