Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in marriage and family therapy, counseling, or related field.
• Current Texas LMFT-Associate license in good standing.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and crisis intervention skills.
• Experience with EHR systems and standard office tools.

• Assess mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy for individuals and groups.
• Coordinate care across an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation.
