Location: Stillwater, MN | Schedule: Full-time, M–F, flexible hours

We're seeking a compassionate, skilled, fully licensed therapist to provide assessment and therapy to youth (ages 5–25) and their families. You’ll join a supportive, collaborative team focused on quality care—not quotas.

What You'll Do:

• Provide therapy and assessments (60% direct service)
• Maintain timely documentation using our EHR system
• Coordinate with schools, counties, and community providers
• Offer community education and participate in supervision

Qualifications:

• Master’s in Psychology, Social Work, Family Therapy, or related field
• MN license (LP, LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC)
• Experience working with youth and families
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
