Job summary

Seacoast Mental Health Center, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Family Outreach Specialist to join our Youth & Family Services Team in Exeter.

You will provide services to children, adolescents, and their families, delivering supportive behavioral services in home, school, or community settings. You will work within a collaborative team of clinical managers, therapists, and external partners, participate in trainings and supervision, and help connect families with community supports and school staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, human services or equivalent.
• Experience with children and families in mental health or human services is recommended.
• Reliable transportation is required for community-based services.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic behavioral supports to children, adolescents, and their families.
• Deliver services in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with clinical managers, therapists and other staff in a team model.
• Coordinate with external supports such as school staff and community partners.
• Participate in trainings, consultations and supervision.
