Job summary

Riverside Community Care in Needham, MA is seeking an Outreach Specialist for Youth & Family to work closely with families in homes and communities, delivering therapeutic interventions and connecting families to essential resources.

Outreach Specialist - Youth & Family

Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as an Outreach Specialist! In this vital role, you will join a compassionate, person-centered team that partners with families in their homes and communities to strengthen safety, resilience, and connection.

As an Outreach Specialist, you will:

• Build trusting, supportive relationships with youth and caregivers while providing safe, therapeutic, and skill-based interventions that enhance social, emotional, and family functioning.
• Play an active role in behavior support, collaborative limit setting, and crisis intervention, helping families navigate challenging moments with care and respect.
• Connect youth and families with meaningful community and program resources so they can build on their strengths and move toward their own treatment goals.
• Provide transportation to treatment-related activities and events, making it easier for families to fully participate in services and reach their goals.
• Work closely with Program Management, Home-Based Clinicians, and the Treatment Team to ensure services are well-coordinated, responsive, and truly centered on each family’s needs and voice.

Scheduled: Full Time, 40 hours

• Flexible hours between 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. to meet the needs of the families

Pay Rate: $22.94/hourly
