Job summary

Riverside Community Care in Kentucky is seeking a Residential Counselor to join our supportive team. You will provide person-centered supports to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, autism, or acquired brain injury, helping them learn daily living skills, build relationships, and live as independently as possible.

Schedule includes weekend shifts (Saturday 5pm-10pm and Sunday 9am-10pm), offering 18 hours per week with pay at $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residents' health and safety and support daily living in the community.
• Foster relationships with housemates, family, and neighbors.
• Develop skills to increase independence, confidence, and self-determination.
• Support participation in community activities, work, and volunteer opportunities.
