Job summary

Canopy Children's Solutions is seeking an Outpatient Clinic Therapist for the Biloxi clinic to provide integrative behavioral health services to youth and families. The role emphasizes individual, family and group therapies, with a focus on coordinated care and regulatory compliance within a busy outpatient setting.

The position requires a Master’s degree in behavioral health and at least two years of relevant outpatient experience, including work with families and youth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in outpatient or residential services preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with families and youth.
• Mississippi professional license in mental health field preferred (LPC, LMFT, LMSW or LCSW).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to individuals in the outpatient clinic.
• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy as needed.
• Ensure the program meets state, federal and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain and coordinate aftercare plans and referrals.
• Document sessions in CareLogic within 48 hours.
• Attend supervisory sessions and maintain licensure requirements.
