Canopy Children's Solutions in Biloxi, MS is seeking an Outpatient Clinic Therapist to provide clinical services to youth and families enrolled in the outpatient program. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in outpatient or residential services preferred.
• Mississippi professional license in mental health field is preferred (LPC, LMFT, LMSW or LCSW).

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy as needed.
• Conduct family therapy as needed.
• Act as a liaison between the guardians and/or families and the clinic.
• Assist in the coordination of the aftercare plan with each youth.
• Make referrals or secure additional resources from PMHC and link to care coordination and recovery support when needed.
• Monitor for suicidal ideation and other safety concerns utilizing Canopy’s Behavioral Health Clinic protocol.
• Complete DLA at admission and every 90 days.
• Administer the Children’s Hope Scale at admission and every six months afterwards.
• Update treatment plan as needed and review every six months.
