Job summary

Aspire Indiana Health, Inc. is seeking a qualified clinical supervisor for the Youth & Family Team to oversee school-based and home/community programs, combining leadership with direct client care. You’ll coordinate services, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality documentation and care.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a related field, Indiana licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) and 3+ years of supervisory experience, with Medicaid/Recovery Works experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field required.
• Three years related work experience; supervisory experience highly preferred.
• LCSW/LMHC/LMFT licensure in Indiana preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical services of assigned programs and ensure service quality.
• Coordinate referrals, intakes, staff assignments and recommended services.
• Assign staff to cases and oversee documentation quality via audits.
• Oversee clinical assessment, referral, treatment planning and crisis intervention.
• Provide direct care services and/or follow-up when needed.
• Monitor service billing accuracy and communicate community resources.
