Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego (BGCGSD) seeks a Part-Time Program Specialist for X-Track Del Dios sites in Escondido, CA. You will coordinate enrichment and specialty programs, support after-school staff, monitor effectiveness, and ensure a positive, safe youth experience.

The role requires 2+ years with youth, HS diploma or GED (associates preferred), CPR/First Aid within 30 days, and a commitment to safe, engaging activities. Evening/weekend flexibility may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with HS diploma or GED (Associates preferred).
• Two years' experience working with school-aged youth and knowledge of youth development.
• Ability to plan and implement quality youth programs and supervise learning environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with youth, parents, staff, and volunteers.
• CPR and First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire.
