Qualifications

• 17+ years old with relevant experience or coursework in childcare, education, or recreation.
• Strong communicator, enthusiastic leader, and passionate about youth development and equity.
• YMCA policies and safety guidelines adherence and safeguarding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing child-centered environments that promote learning, character development and healthy living on-site at elementary school locations.
• Play a key role in ensuring program participants have a safe, supportive, interactive and enriching experience while maintaining safety and security for all participants.
