Qualifications

• 18 years old with relevant experience or coursework in childcare, education, or recreation.
• Strong communicator, enthusiastic leader, and passionate about youth development and equity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing child-centered environments that promote learning, character development, positive and nurturing relationships, and healthy living on-site at one of our elementary school locations.
• Ensure a safe, supportive, interactive, and enriching program experience while guaranteeing the safety and security of all participants.
