• Manage the Summer Youth Program to provide career counseling and exploration for students.
• Coordinate the scholarship program and meet with students to support their goals and ensure program requirements are met.
• Provide a positive environment for students.
• Collaborate with instructors to assess IPPs and create achievement goals.
