Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience with youth in residential or human services settings preferred.
• Ability to build positive relationships and maintain boundaries with youth.
• Knowledge of behavior management and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and ensure safety and well-being of residents.
• Support development of social, emotional, and behavioral skills through daily interactions and structured activities.
• Maintain a positive, therapeutic environment using trauma-informed and behavior management techniques.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation, including reports, logs, and incident reporting.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with staff to support treatment planning and program implementation.
• Respond to crisis situations and follow established safety and intervention protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
